The Forbidden City is also known as the Former Palace.
There are 9,000 rooms and 70 structures to this immense
building. With a most and surrounded by a high wall
this was a residence to the Ming and Qing Dynasty.
It also has a wonderful royal garden in the back.

The Lama Temple was built in 1694 and means (Palace
of Peace and Harmony). It has five large halls and
courtyards with delicate archways. There is an abundance
of Buddhist art throughout and other Tibetan-style
murals. It was the residence of Prince Yin Zhen, a
son of Emperor Kang Xi of the Qing Dynasty.

Tiananmen Square is surrounded by buildings including
Tiananmen Gate, The Forbidden City, the Great Hall

Bei Hai Park is very calming and peaceful at any time
of the day and you can rent paddle boats on the river.
It was built for recreation by the emperors of post-Kublai
Khan dynasties. Just relax and take a few moments

The Temple of Heaven was built between 1406 and 1420s
where the emperors of Qing and Mind Dynasty prayed.
They prayed for good harvests and good rains to come
and it is said that the echo can be heard all along
the hallways of just a whisper of a voice.

During the Qing Dynasty The Summer Palace was the
summer residence. There is a 17 arch bridge that offers
fantastic views of the home and the grounds with beautiful
gardens. There is also a long corridor filled with
beautiful paintings. An absolutely fantastic day will
be spent there in its peacefulness.

At Beijing Aquarium see sharks, a man-made rain forest

The Silver Fox Cave has unusual stone flowers and
formations. You will see waterfalls as you ride along
in a boat below ground level. All through the cave
you will see interesting artefacts, it has its own
built in museum. It is warm in the winter and cold
in the summer inside the cave so dress accordingly.
